SUP Lessons and Rentals

Since Stand Up Paddleboarding is relatively new to Florida's Nature Coast, it is much easier to have our experienced SUP team teach you the proper basics.  Our introduction SUP class will give you the essential skills you need to have a safe, happy, paddling experience.

Lessons are not required, but suggested. However, with a lesson, you will learn how to select the most appropriate board and paddle, efficient paddle strokes, basic and performance stances and safety guildelines.  After your initial lesson, you will be free to paddle and explore!
